MULTAN: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Muhammad Ali Khokhar said that the Punjab government was taking practical steps to promote education.
Addressing a ceremony at Raza Hall, he said that the Punjab government strongly believed in providing quality education to all, including children of minorities, and practical measures were being taken in this regard.
He also distributed cheques among students of minorities.
Speaking on the occasion, MPA Shoukat Bosan said that education was crucial for the country’s progress and prosperity. “The role of minorities is vital to uplift the country,” he said.
