LAHORE: Balochistan Frontier Corps (FC) along with intelligence agencies carried out an Intelligence-based operation (IBO) and recovered a huge cache of weapons and ammunition.
According to Inter Service Public Relation (ISPR), the operation was carried out in Channah Nullah and Chatthar areas near Dera Murad Jamali on Sunday.
During the operation, security agencies seized arms and ammunition including 850 kg of explosives, 252 grenades and 236 grenade fuses.
Security agencies also seized a sniper rifle, machine guns and maps of sensitive sites in the operation.
Country-wide raids are being conducted as part of continuing military offensive, Operation-Raddul-Fasaad.
