DADU: Sindh United Party (SUP) leader Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah has started the ‘Sindh March’ on Saturday against the corruption of the provincial government.
The long march began from Dadu Press Club to the Shrine of Makhdoom Bilawal, during which SUP activists chanted slogans “Go Corruption Go” and “No Corruption No”.
Speaking with the long march, SUP Chairman Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah blamed the Sindh government for destroying the agriculture department.
“Zardari league has purchased almost every sugar mill in the province and are buying sugarcanes at a low price, due to which farmers are suffering,” he said.
Talking about the CPEC project, Syed Jalal Mehmood said that he welcomes CPEC projects in Sindh. Shah said that the provincial government handed over the Thar coal project in the wrong hands, due to which, Thar is suffering.
